The type of countryside around the farm is ideal for trekking. Hikers will find lots of opportunities to enjoy themselves; some walks last a few hours (eg. Monte Paolo) and others several days (like the beautiful "Sentiero degli Alpini" opened up by the Italian Alpine Club) with accommodation along the way at other farms. Short walks are also possible with packed lunches or barbecue picnics in the field alongside the chestnut grove. |
