The restaurant offers traditional Romagna cuisine, integrated by the fantasy of our chef and accompanied by our wine, the generous Sangiovese, whose centuries-old roots are well known. A few examples to whet the appetite: savoury bread and toast with cheese, liver paté, truffles; delicious pork fat scraps; "cappelletti" filled with cheese with toasted almond flakes tossed in the pan with truffled oil, mushrooms and fresh spinach. |
