The crops grown by the "Gli Ulivi" farm are primarily functional to animal raising needs. To ensure top-quality meat, these crops are mainly grown using biological methods. Equal care is given to other crops like vines, olives, cherries or peaches. The aim, as far as possible, is to obtain products with the smells and flavours of times gone by. |
